Isaac Schultz

Isaac Schultz is a third-generation, award-winning auctioneer with a lifelong passion for serving others with loyalty, integrity, and respect. Over the course of his career, he has built campaigns, cultivated strong teams, connected buyers and sellers, motivated audiences, and advocated for public policy, all with the goal of helping people succeed. Above all, Isaac’s heart lies in serving others and creating meaningful impact.

His journey into auctioneering began in college when renowned auctioneer Kurt Johnson invited him to be his primary bid-spotter. Standing by Kurt’s side at nearly every event, Isaac gained invaluable experience that prepared him to become a lead auctioneer. For 15 years, he has proudly served numerous organizations, helping nonprofits exceed their fundraising goals with energy, authenticity, and skill. Known for engaging audiences and inspiring generosity, Isaac sees his work as more than raising bids, he creates moments where donors deeply connect with an organization’s mission. He has worked with a wide range of nonprofits, including faith-based private schools and organizations supporting children, at-risk youth, and families.

Beyond the auction stage, Isaac serves as a Minnesota State Legislator, bringing his expertise to issues including the environment, natural resources, workforce, labor, and regulatory policy. A lifelong outdoorsman, he enjoys hunting deer and pheasants, spending time on the lake swimming and water skiing, and enjoying a warm campfire with friends.

Isaac grew up in Upsala, Minnesota, where his family has lived for five generations. He is married to Julia, and together they are raising their one-year-old son, Theodore. Deeply involved in his church in Minneapolis, Isaac also supports pro-life organizations, private Christian schools, and efforts to help those in need, including individuals with disabilities and the homeless. A devoted conservative Republican, he enjoys sports, cheering for the Vikings, and fantasy football, but his greatest joy comes from helping people.

For Isaac, the true reward of auctioneering is witnessing generosity in action and knowing that more people are served because of it.
